We are so proud of our Diving & Salvage Warfare Specialist!
These are a few pictures from Friday's pinning ceremony...
This last week Lola was studying a picture of Uncle Johnny that we have on the fridge and has now been saluting Sam even evening from the window when he comes riding his bike home from work. The first two pictures are of her showing off her new talent. (The picture is of my brother at his Air Force commissioning ceremony and he's saluting.)
Sam has been putting in many many hours and late nights are work these last 4 or 5 weeks and on Friday he finally got to put on the pin for all his efforts. We are glad he's done with DSWS because that means we get to see him more.

Congrats to Sam, Jen! He looks so cute in his uniform... I think you need to capture a "timeless" black and white of him and Lola walking like this, with maybe a slightly different background.
Congratulations Sam. It sounds like you've been doing a lot of hard work. The only Diving & Salvage I've ever done is dumpster diving at the Helly Hanson factory in Redmond.
Congrats!
Congratulations Sam!
Too bad you didn't have your certification when Matt lost his first wedding ring. That would have saved lots of money and irritation.
You look so cute (sorry for the girl word) in your uniform. It makes me think of dad in his uniform. We always loved those pictures.
Congratulations Jen on supporting Sam through all the busy time!
Love you all!
Amy & Andrew
Oh Amy beat me to it!
I was going to say you looked cute in your uniform too.
Congratulations Sam!!
